aged 0- 60 days Generally have a light and crisp flavor and a short finish. Blanco is the most agave-forward tasting type of tequila. It can sometimes be described as spicy or peppery.
aged 2-12 months Lightly aging produces a middle ground between blancos and añejos. Look for a flavor oakier than a blanco while still retaining some of the crisp agave flavor of an unaged tequila.
aged 1-3 years Flavors more similar to an aged whiskey or scotch. You can almost always use words like "woody, smooth, and caramel" to describe their flavors.

Hand-selected agave aged in oak for three years then blended with reserve tequilas. Very vibrant and earthy; with cognac, vanilla, and caramel flavors that glide into an intense mix of pepper that becomes smooth.
Don Julio 70 is charcoal filtered which makes this tequila clear. It contains notes of fresh honey, black peppercorn, lemon, and smoky agave. The finish is clean, smooth, and pleasantly warm with hints of chocolate and toffee.
This is Don Julio Gonzales' original recipe. It has sweet aromas of caramel and toffee layered with fresh vanilla fragrance and flavors of sun-ripened fruit and roasted agave. You'll find hints of oak and vanilla on the finish.
